David Beatty leverages his business accumen garnered as a New York area based venture capital manager who has traveled the world utilizing his own brand of social entrepreneurship, and his experience as an alternative health care provider to create a successful practice treating individuals facing their own wellness and health challenges.


David's corporate career included successful business ventures in the former Soviet Union; acquisitions of food companies in rural area of the United States; technology-based joint venture development on the African Continent, are some of his favorite projects.


Mr. Beatty has held senior level corporate management positions for over twenty three years, with specific expertise in strategic planning and corporate finance. He has broad experience with Mergers & Acquisitions built upon extensive work in global financial analysis, business valuation and corporate restructuring. Prior to the creation of Marble Arch Advisors,a hedge fund style investment advisory firm, he was a Financial Advisor with the Merrill Lynch Global Private Client Group. Prior to that he founded and served as Chairman of Five Star Food Service Inc., leading the company from inception to $150 million in current revenue. Mr. Beatty began his corporate work with Cadbury Schweppes PLC; the $4 billion UK-based international beverage and confections company. He was specifically responsible for strategic M&A activity in North America and spearheaded a $300 million divisional sale to Hershey Foods.


Mr. Beatty holds a BA in Economics from Washington College and a Masters degree in Finance from the Bridgeport University Graduate School of Business. He has lectured on the former Soviet Union and business valuation as a guest at Yale University, Albertus Magnus College, and Fairfield University. He has held NASD registrations including Series 7, 63 (registered Rep.) and Series 65 (Registered Advisor).
